A refundable deposit is held at the time of booking. The exact amount is listed on every vehicle. It is released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

Can I book for a driver (chauffeured hire)?

Yes. All vehicles marked 'Chauffeured' include a professional, vetted driver. Your driver will be confirmed within 2 hours of your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Do you offer airport pickups?

Yes. Our airport transfer service covers Kigali International Airport. Please include your flight details in the booking notes.
